General Terms and Conditions
§1
The Kindergarten undertakes to provide the Child admitted to the Kindergarten Butterfly 3 as part of the monthly fee (tuition):- Full educational care during the opening hours of the facility on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. throughout the calendar year, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing non-public preschool facilities and the Statute of the Butterfly Preschool 3. The kindergarten is under the supervision of the Board of Education. The preschool year lasts from September 1go of each year to August 31go of the following calendar year.
- Implementation of curricular activities in accordance with the core curriculum of the Ministry of Education, and based on their own original programs.
- A package of extra-curricular activities: rhythmics twice a week, corrective gymnastics once a week, group classes with a speech therapist, psychological care.
- Adaptation classes (two-week adaptation classes included in the registration fee).
- Language classes (English – daily, from the age of 4 years 2 times a week Spanish).
- Meals 5 times a day.
- Conducting paid optional activities that the Parent chooses during the school year.
- Equipping children with necessary toys, educational and art aids and teaching aids.
- Properly organized care and upbringing: meeting all the required requirements from SANEPID, the Fire Department and Occupational Health and Safety, as well as those arising from educational laws.
- Safety conditions during activities and events in and outside the kindergarten.
- Insuring the Child at the expense of the Parent or guardian against accidents and providing the Parent with the opportunity to learn about the insurance policy at the beginning of the preschool year. The Parent may self-insure the Child.
- Kind and subjective treatment of the Child.
- Respect for the personal dignity of the Child and its protection from physical and psychological violence.
- Security related to the release of the Child only to persons authorized in writing by the Parents, of legal age and sober.
§2
The Parent or Guardian undertakes to:- Comply with the provisions of the Statute of the Kindergarten.
- To bring and pick up the Child from the kindergarten in person or only by authorized persons, during the opening hours of the facility, and if there is a delay in picking up the Child, to notify the teacher on duty by phone. A late fee of PLN 50 for each hour started is then added.
- Payment of the registration fee on the day of signing the contract.
- Timely payment of payments for the child’s stay in the kindergarten.
- Reimbursement by the end of September of the fees for textbooks and insurance for the Child, incurred by the Kindergarten.
- Promptly inform about the reasons for the child’s absence from the kindergarten related, in particular, to infectious disease.
- Bringing to the Kindergarten the Child who is healthy, and when the Child falls ill during his/her stay at the Kindergarten , picking up the Child from the facility as soon as possible. In the absence of contact with the Parent, or his inability to reach the Kindergarten, a pediatrician may be called at the expense of the Parent.
- The Kindergarten notifies Parents of any indisposition of the child (fever, runny nose, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc.), which is combined with the need to urgently pick up the child from the institution. In ambiguous situations, the teacher has the right to ask for a medical certificate confirming the child’s health condition. The Director may refuse to admit a child to the facility when the child is ill.
- Cooperation with the kindergarten on teaching and educational work.
- Cooperation in the case of confirmed by a specialist
- Update phones and emails immediately after the change, necessary for the Kindergarten to contact the Child’s Parent.
- Assume responsibility for his/her Child while bringing, picking up or staying with the Parent with the Child on the premises of the Kindergarten.
§3
A child may be removed from the list of Kindergarten pupils in the event of:- Creating a safety hazard or health risk for other children.
- Exceptional educational problems and arising from the special educational needs of the child.
- Neglect of duties by the Parent (Guardian).
- Lack of payment for the child’s stay in the kindergarten within 30 days of the required payment date.
- Lack of cooperation or difficulties in the interaction of Parents with the Kindergarten.
In the cases described in point. 1-5 the contract will be terminated with one month’s notice. The Kindergarten reserves the right to terminate the agreement without the required period within the first month of the child’s stay and/or in the event that there are compelling reasons to do so related to the safety of the other children in the Kindergarten.
